How is software development priced?
The proposal defines the pricing model and cost of the agreed stage. If further analysis is needed, we first estimate that assessment. Scope changes are agreed before implementation.
Is ongoing support included?
Handover and support scope are stated in the proposal. Ongoing maintenance, on-call coverage and response times require separate arrangements.
